Grants of a minimum of £1,000 are available to UK registered not-for-profit organisations. A Co-op membership card number must be provided within the application. Your project must help people to thrive by enabling people access to food, creating opportunities for young people, improving people’s mental wellbeing, promote community cohesion or building sustainable futures.

Closing date is Midnight on 6th July. If successful you will be part of the Local Community Fund for 12 months from 19th Oct 25 to 17th Oct 26. Funds will be paid in Nov 2026.

Families caring for disables or seriously ill young adults aged between 18-24, living at home are invited to apply directly.

Families must be on a low income from work, or benefits such as Universal Credit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit etc and the young adult for who they are applying for needs to have a high level of support needs in three of the following areas, Personal care, supervision and vigilance, access to social activities, education/vocational training/communication, therapy and medical treatment, specialist resources and the physical environment.

Funding is allocated on a first come, first served basis until funding is fully allocated.

Offers small grants up to £250 and large grants up to £3,000 for UK-based community projects focusing on education, environment, youth, and disabilities.

Funding and support to charitable organisations that help young people in North West England. It is made up of two funding streams.  One-off unrestricted grants for small community organisations, the typical one-off grants range from £2,000-£2,500. The Foundation aims to support organisations with a turnover of less than £500,000. Funding stream two is based on long-term funding partnerships for small North West charities that want to strengthen and grow.  Typical grants of £10,000-£30,000 pa for 3 years, to scale or strengthen operational health.

The Core Costs Funding Stream is for charities and not-for-profit organisations. Applicants to this programme can apply for grants for up to three years.

They aim to give quicker decisions for grants of £15,000 or less per year.

Funding for specific projects and activities children and young people aged 18 or under. Priority to smaller, local organisations and rarely fund organisations with income above £1 million. For UK wide Hospices and Housing Associations there is no maximum income limit. They will only consider applications for over £15,000 pa, if you are a registered non profit.

Grants support organisations aiming to improve the mental health of women aged 16-25, by increasing their access to high quality, age and gender specific mental health services.

Grants support the preservation and conservation of historic buildings, structures and architectural features.

The Trust works with a broad range of charities, primarily in the North West of England, with particular emphasis on:

The Charity’s aims are to support a wide range of charitable causes, particularly in the fields of welfare, children, education, medicine, music and the arts.In particular, the Trustees prefer to support smaller charities or projects. Grants typically range from £2,000 - £5,000 per annum. Multi-year grants up to a maximum of three years are considered.

Quarterly meetings

There are 5 UK focused funding priorities: arts access and participation; education and learning through the arts; migration and integration; investing in young people; nurturing ideas and people. Organisations can request up to £90,000 spread over three years.

Support projects that provide opportunities for disadvantaged children and young people to fulfil their potential. Grants range from a few hundred pounds up to £10,000. Registered charities only.

The deadlines for receipt of applications are 15 December and 31 July every year.

Grants are available for UK registered charities, CIOs (and in some circumstances CICs) that can demonstrate impact with ex-offenders, young offenders or young people at risk of offending within a local area. Preference is given to pump-priming new projects, especially those that are innovative and can serve as a model elsewhere.

There are two levels of funding- Small grants up to £5,000 and Main grants have no maximum amount. Grants are single year funding however exceptional cases will be awarded up to 3 years funding.

The funding is for small-scale projects which might not happen or would only happen on a lesser scale without the support of BlueSpark. Funding provided by BlueSpark must be crucial to your project rather than marginally incremental to its funding.
